Jessica has been in full time practice for 19 years and is a graduate of CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School’s 1,035 hour professional bodywork training program. Her education includes over 450 hours of hands on technique study as well as coursework in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Eastern and Western pathology, advanced anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Trained in both shiatsu and therapeutic massage, her focus is holistically based and rooted in the integration of both eastern and western philosophies.

In addition to her private practice, she has also provided massage in spas, health clubs, hospitals, and in-home hospice.

Born in New York City, Jessica grew up primarily in Florida and moved to the Twin Cities in 1996. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she earned a BA in psychology.

Outside of work, her interests include spending time with her partner and his two children, canning, (ask her about her Minnesota State Fair award winning jam), being outside, and her cat, Biggie.
